Kurt is the President of RRJ and responsible for the leadership and oversight of the firm's consulting and testing services. He has specialized in the investigation and repair of distressed and deteriorated structures and the performance of building materials and systems, and consults in the areas of structural analysis, complete collapse, design peer review, water leakage investigation, and expert witness testimony. Kurt was named among the world's leading expert witnesses by Who's Who Legal: Construction 2019, 2020 and received the 2019 Expert Witness Award, Construction-USA from Lawyer Monthly magazine

Engineers | Architects



Andrea has over 12 years of architectural experience specializing in the evaluation and repair design of building enclosure components and systems, air/water infiltration field testing, and architectural and structural design of new and existing buildings. Her building enclosure expertise includes architectural peer review, thermal testing, and Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx).

COLE W. GRAVEEN, S.E., P.E. | Senior Engineer





Rebecca has over five years of experience in the development of drawings and specifications for remedial repair programs to resolve nonperforming build enclosure systems and components. She has conducted investigations involving condition survey documentation and laboratory testing and performed field inspection and construction observation on select repair projects.

Demetria is a member of RRJ’s forensic structural engineering practice. She performs condition assessments, field investigations,  forensic research, and documentation of structural components, systems, and distressed buildings.


MARY P. KELLOGG | Technical Staff I


Mary is a member of RRJ’s forensic architectural practice. She performs field investigation and water leakage testing for building enclosure condition assessments and failures, and document review for litigation support matters.





Almir has over 21 years of experience in field/laboratory testing of building structures, enclosures and materials related to the investigation and evaluation of deterioration, distress, water leakage, corrosion, and construction defects.  He is an expert in destructive and nondestructive testing methods, diagnostic testing, and protocol knowledge for on-site quality assurance testing for both new construction and rehabilitation projects.


PAMELA J. O'DEEN-PISHLER | Director of Business Development


Pam is responsible for the development and strategic implementation of RRJ's client development, communications, and brand positioning initiatives. A marketing leader in the AEC industry, she has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience with national and global consulting engineering and construction firms.
