Robert Kudder, Ph.D, S.E., F.ASTM, Principal presents on "Mitigating Window Condensation: Analysis, Simulations & Instrumentation" at the Building Enclosure Council-Chicago Annual Evening Chair Event at the Bank of America Building, 135 S. LaSalle, 43rd Floor on November 15th from 6:00-7:30 pm. The presentation will discuss cold weather concerns at windows and building enclosures components, along with various methods of analysis, including simulations and instrumentation. The importance of monitoring and calibration of simulations will be discussed with case studies of investigation procedures and the repair options.

The presentation focuses on the different waterproofing approaches and material selections assessed along with the combination of repair approaches that were implemented to manage incidental water intrusion.
