George Mulholland is promoted to Senior Consulting Engineer at RRJ

George R. Mulholland, S.E., P.E. is an accomplished structural engineer with 28 years of experience specializing in the evaluation, investigation, and repair of distressed facades, buildings, and structures. Throughout his forensic career at RRJ, he has managed major investigations and repair programs for notable commercial buildings and signifcant historic structures. With his knowledge in concrete and building facade assesssment, he has served as an expert witness on structural and facade performance issues and failures.
