Thermal Bridging and poor moisture control in the design and construction of exterior building enclosures can result in poor and unacceptable performance. This program exposes the fundamentals of building science, focusing on those that should be addressed in order to achieve expected building performance. Case studies will be used to convey problems and solutions in actual buildings.
