Daniel McJacobson is a licensed Professional Engineer.  His experience includes feasibility studies, building assessments, boiler plant design, chiller plant design, energy audits, commissioning services, and forensic engineering.

He has performed investigations across all market sectors, including data centers, stadiums, retail, commercial, multifamily, as well as educational facilities.  He has experience with enhancing buildings to support healthy, productive, efficient, and comfortable spaces, and has also conducted energy audits, commissioning, and building automation system optimization on various building types.

He has performed COVID mitigation building walk-throughs and has supported design and installation efforts associated with indoor air quality improvement and high-performance building consulting.  He has developed master plans for multiphase modernization projects spanning air-handling unit replacement, central cooling plant replacement, and boiler replacement.  He has also led commissioning efforts to improve operation on existing and new HVAC systems to identify and correct operational problems or to ensure the systems are performing as designed.
