During construction of this multi-story Class A office building, RRJ was retained by the glazing subcontractor to perform field air infiltration and water penetration testing on the new punched window and curtain wall installations to verify conformance with project-specified performance requirements.

Diagnostic testing identified extraneous air infiltration paths, as well as various sources of water intrusion. RRJ’s identification of the contributing system deficiencies allowed the glazing subcontractor to modify their installations, resolve the other nonperformance issues, and meet the project performance requirements.
