The Beebe Healthcare South Coastal campus totals 41,500-gross-square-feet. It is designed to include a new year-round freestanding emergency department and a second location for Beebe’s award-winning cancer center. These services augment full diagnostic imaging, physical rehabilitation services, laboratory, and walk-in care. RRJ’s building enclosure consulting services were required for the functional design, documentation, and construction administration of the related exterior enclosure system and materials of the building.

  • Conduct Computational Thermal Analysis (THERM)
  • Facilitate BECx meetings with project team and trades
  • Review submittal
  • Perform construction quality assurance site visits
  • Perform field quality control testing
