Carle Foundation Hospital - Medical Office Buildings

As the Carle Foundation Hospital prepared to add three new medical office buildings within its new, 210-acre campus that provides consolidated care, it asked RRJ to provide building enclosure consulting and construction phase commissioning (BECx) services. The new ambulatory surgery center, specialty medical office building and the Christie Clinic medical office building are designed to add 190,000 square feet of medical office space to the campus.

Scope of Services

• Conduct building enclosure consulting
• Perform BECx services
• Create quality assurance plan for building enclosures, materials and assemblies
• Conduct design review
• Prepare field quality control testing
• Update field QC testing during construction
