Essentia Health Virginia Clinic Envelope Investigation

Essentia Health retained RRJ to investigate the cause of moisture problems and cladding deterioration at this four-story medical clinic. The clinic houses the outpatient department of the hospital, pharmacy, and the Heart & Vascular Center. RRJ’s building envelope investigation found sources of the moisture included water penetration at building enclosure interfaces and wintertime condensation.
