Grand Victoria Casino Parking Deck

Grand Victoria Casino parking garage is a three-story structure with four corner stair towers and a central core tower.  The on-grade parking level is asphalt pavement, and the above-grade floors and ramps are constructed of pre-topped precast concrete double tees supported by precast concrete beams and cast-in-place interior concrete columns.  RRJ was retained by the owner to perform a condition assessment of the parking garage. The condition assessment identified areas of deterioration and distress in the floor sealant joints, expansion joint seals, double tees, and beams and columns.
