Knollwood Place Apartments

Knollwood Place Apartments is an eight-story apartment tower consisting of 153 one and two bedroom apartment homes offering assisted and independent living units located on the 170-acre Ackerberg Family Sholom West campus senior living community.

RRJ was retained by the owner to conduct an investigation to assess the condition and develop repair design solutions to address the existing windows and cladding system.

The final repair design program included the removal and replacement of the windows, sliding glass doors, and cladding.  RRJ provided construction documents and specifications for the repair design, bidding assistance, and construction phase services during the repair construction.
