Built in the 2000s, this 205-unit condominium complex consists of two five-story and one seven-story residential towers interconnected by an indoor two-story parking garage. The upper level parking garage structure consists of precast concrete planks with a cast-in-place concrete topping supported by precast concrete beams and columns. The condominium association retained RRJ to investigate water leakage into the lower-level parking garage at multiple locations and general deterioration of common element components. RRJ provided a full repair and quality assurance program and has been an ongoing consultant to the association for over a decade.
