Village of Willowbrook

RRJ has been providing ongoing structural engineering and architectural consulting services to the Village of Willowbrook on various projects for the past 30 years.  Projects have included proposed new developments, renovations, and additions to commercial, residential, and healthcare buildings located throughout the Village.  Project types range from parking garages and hospitality structures to multifamily buildings, communication towers, and gas stations.

RRJ has performed the following services:

• Structural condition assessments of existing structures that exhibited distress and/or damage.
• Structural and architectural review of proposed drawings and calculations for permitted projects.
• Construction observation of completed permitted construction.
