Elise Love has over 16 years of experience in building enclosure forensics/diagnostics, consulting, commissioning, and assessments, complemented by a background in structural engineering. This experience has involved various components of the building enclosure, including roofing systems, facade systems, glazing systems, flashings, sealants, and waterproofing. Ms. Love is routinely involved in a diverse range of projects that include failure and damage investigations; condition and pre-purchase assessments; commissioning; consulting; and testing services, design peer review, water infiltration assessments, and repair recommendations and design.
