He consults in the areas of structural analysis, complete collapse, design peer review, water leakage investigation, and expert witness testimony.

His portfolio of experience has been diverse, involving a variety of projects ranging from investigation and evaluation to rehabilitation of numerous building types. He provides litigation consulting and expert witness testimony on building enclosure performance issues and failures.
READ BIOSarah has over 20 years of architectural experience specializing in water/moisture intrusion investigations, building enclosure repair design, field testing of distress structures, and nonperforming buildings and material systems. Her building enclosure expertise includes hygrothermal modeling, Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx), consulting on new construction, and litigation support.

An exterior wall expert, he has specialized in the project management of building enclosure consulting and field quality testing for new construction and construction documentation and construction observation of major repair programs.

She consults on related enclosure performance issues involving historic restoration design, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation.
