Gloria A. Frank

Gloria Frank is a member of the structural engineering staff at Raths, Raths & Johnson, Inc. She is engaged in condition assessment, field investigation and testing, litigation support services, and documentation of structural components and distressed structures. In addition to structural engineering projects, she assists with testing for building enclosure condition assessment.
Prior to RRJ, she was an engineering intern for a national architectural/engineering forensics consulting firm and the Village of Lombard, Illinois Public Works, and Community Development departments. She gained experience in field investigation and testing, condition surveys, structural analysis, and repair design of failed structural systems and historic structures.
