Kyle Magnuson

Kyle Magnuson is a licensed Architect.  His architectural experience includes field investigation, field testing, and condition survey documentation of distressed building enclosures and structures.  He has developed repair design drawings and specifications and performed construction administration and observation on large scale repair programs.

He has performed field/laboratory testing for air/water intrusion, windows, facades, and concrete core sampling.  From his project experience, he has been involved the evaluation of various types of materials and systems, including windows, curtain walls, roofing, exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS), and concrete. He has performed litigation support services related to design and construction defect claims.
