Patrick Reicher is a licensed Structural Engineer and a principal at Raths, Raths & Johnson, Inc. and specializes in forensic investigation, evaluation, and repair design of buildings and enclosures, from recently constructed to historic structures.

His forensic investigations have consisted of a wide range of building types, structural systems, enclosure systems, and materials associated with masonry facades, exterior wall cladding systems, windows and curtain walls, roofing and waterproofing systems, balconies, and parking garages.

He also has expertise in performing diagnostic field testing in accordance with industry standards and developing forensic investigation testing protocols and field quality control specifications for repair design programs and new construction projects.

As an expert witness, he has provided technical consultation, litigation support, and deposition testimony on numerous matters related to the building enclosure and structural systems to clients located throughout the U.S.
