Patrick Reicher is a licensed Structural Engineer and a principal at Raths, Raths & Johnson, Inc. and specializes in forensic investigation, evaluation, and repair design of buildings and enclosures, from recently constructed to historic structures.
His investigations have consisted of a wide range of building types, enclosure systems, and materials, associated with masonry facades, exterior wall cladding systems, windows and curtain walls, and roofing and waterproofing systems.
He has expertise in performing diagnostic field testing in accordance with ASTM and AAMA standards, and developing forensic investigation testing protocols and field quality control specifications for repair design programs and new construction projects.
