Burton Barr Center Library

The new 280,000 square foot public library features a unique copper and glass facade.  The City of Phoenix retained RRJ to evaluate a claim by the library general contractor for delay costs and time associated with construction. The claim centers on the impact on the contractor of alleged delays resulting from change orders which were classified to be a result of errors and omissions of the architect in the original design.
