Almir Maksumic has experience in testing of building structures, enclosures and materials related to the investigation and evaluation of deterioration, distress, water leakage, corrosion, and construction defects.  He is an expert in destructive and nondestructive testing methods, including ground penetrating radar, impulse response, half-cell potential and impact-echo, infrared thermography, and high and low voltage leak detection.  His diagnostic testing and protocol knowledge encompasses on-site quality assurance testing for both new construction and rehabilitation projects.

He provides assistance in the preparation of contract documentation for repair designs, as well as performs construction administration and field observation services on building enclosure and structural repair programs.
