Indiana University Health Neuroscience Center

The Indiana University Health Neuroscience Center is a cutting-edge research and medical facility, consisting of a six-level, 270,000 square foot ambulatory care and imaging center. It features a combination of different types of curtain wall systems of aluminum framing and insulating glass to create a spectacular, undulating facade. RRJ was retained by Landmark Healthcare Facilities, the developer, to provide building enclosure consulting services of the exterior curtain wall design.

Scope of Services

  • Conduct architectural peer review
  • Assist with bid review
  • Review contractor shop drawings
  • Review thermal computer simulations from contractor
  • Observe on-site air infiltration and water penetration testing during construction
