Brian Lammert expertise is broad, ranging from structural design peer review and structural analysis, to the development of repair design drawings and construction documents for aged buildings and new structures.

He has led investigations consisting of detailed condition surveys and documentation involving the evaluation of cladding systems, and steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and stone materials. Project types have included aviation terminals, stadiums, bridges, residential buildings, resorts, and healthcare facilities located across the U.S. and the globe.

An expert in field/laboratory testing, he designs and implements experimental tests to evaluate structural performance and to determine the cause of collapses through failure reconstruction testing for litigation-related claims.

Mr. Lammert’s structural analysis experience includes computer modeling of existing structures and structural components, calculation review, and design using a variety of materials.
