Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront Hotel

Severe water leakage caused damage to the interior surfaces of the guest rooms and amenities of this contemporary luxury hotel. RRJ’s investigation of the curtain wall structure, attachments, and the water tightness of the curtain wall system confirmed that various conditions contributed to the water leakage. There were significant deficiencies in the curtain wall construction and the adequacy of the curtain wall structural anchorages.  RRJ developed repair drawings and specifications and conducted construction administration during repairs.
