Two Mellon Bank Center

Evaluation of the facade structural integrity and durability of the historic Mellon Bank’s high-rise office tower.  Performed a detailed condition survey of the individual terra cotta pieces and joints and their attachment to the structure. As a result of the survey, RRJ developed award-winning repair plans and specifications to address the terra cotta attachment and leakage concerns and performed full construction administration services during the repair implementation.
