Rockwell International Westfield Campus

Located on 68 acres, this office park was designed to consolidate operations and serve as the headquarters of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).  RRJ was retained by Rockwell International to provide a technical evaluation of the delay claims by the general contractor’s involving allegations of design deficiencies, concrete tolerances, and slow submittal responses related to the design and construction of the complex curtain wall.

RRJ performed a review of the construction documents, the subcontractor’s design of the curtain wall, the original design and bid package, and documents describing the field activities.
