Essentia Health - Duluth Clinic

The Essentia Health-Duluth Clinic is a three-story, 265,500 square foot, state-of-the-art healthcare facility expansion to the Essentia Health campus that overlooks the north shore of Lake Superior. RRJ was retained by Mortenson and architect, HKS, Inc. to provide enclosure consulting and a design peer review of the curtain wall design.

Scope of Services

• Perform enclosure consulting
• Conduct design peer review of roof and curtain wall shop drawings
• Inspect masonry and curtain wall mockup testing
• Consult on thermal insulation and vapor control
